Ms. Palmer’s philosophy is that neither clients nor attorneys are served when there is a minimum billing requirement. Attorneys cannot maintain a reasonable work/life balance when they are focused on how many hours they are required to bill each day. Minimum billing requirements put clients at risk of inflated bills, and low quality work.
EXCEPTIONAL LEGAL WORK
We are hiring family law attorneys to work remotely and serve clients in either King, Kitsap, Pierce, and/or Thurston counties to provide exceptional legal work on behalf of our clients. We have a strong systems designed to support legal professionals working remotely.
The firm is accepting resumes from attorneys, preferably with 3+ years of family law and litigation experience, who are looking for a collegial work atmosphere, work/life balance, mentorship, and professional growth as well as a competitive compensation package.
Candidates should have excellent academic credentials, a strong work ethic, and demonstrate a commitment to the highest quality legal work. The most qualified applicant will have experience in every stage of a family law case, be willing to take cases in King, Kitsap and Thurston Counties. An existing client base is preferred. Excellent research and writing, analytical thinking, and interpersonal communication skills are required.
This is a great opportunity for an attorney with a minimum of three years of experience practicing family law and who is a member of the Washington State Bar.
